Designed completely in-house by NSDRC and engineered from the ground up, the Pro 500 is the result of more than a year of development, testing, and refinement. At its core is our custom 4-piece aluminum case, engineered for exceptional strength, rigidity, and durability while providing the precision required to house our advanced magnetic encoder system.
Producing over 500 oz-in of power with an incredibly fast 0.045-second speed, the Pro 500 is one of the highest-performing internal spool winches on the market.
Our proven 5-gear drivetrain delivers exceptional strength and reliability, while the high-precision magnetic encoder angle sensor provides extremely accurate positioning, ultra-smooth operation, and outstanding brake and holding performance.
