Nsdrc Product Warranty
Product warranty periods are indicated in each items description on this site and are from date of purchase. Warranty eligibility for any issue will be determined at the discretion of NSDRC. All items determined to be covered under warranty will either be replaced, repaired, or refunded if it is not able to be repaired / replaced.
Warranty applies only to original owners, and covers all products affected by manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover wear and tear from use, damage caused from misuse or abuse, improper installation, or damage from impacts. Any damage caused by use of repurposed / reprogrammed drone esc's, also known as silent esc's, that do not have proper circuitry installed to limit the regen capabilities from damaging any direct powered electronics connected to the same power source will not be covered by warranty. Any cutting of wires, modification to the servo, tampering with the electronics, or attempted self repairs resulting in damage will void warranty.
Bearings are not covered under warranty, nor is subsequent damage caused by bearing failure. Bearings are considered a normal wear and tear item, and should be maintained, changed periodically.
For all warranty claims, it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item to us to be evaluated. For all warranty, please contact us prior to sending anything in, and follow any recommended testing or troubleshooting instructions to help diagnose the issue. For claims covered under warranty, NSDRC will cover the cost of the return shipping back to the customer. All other instances will be the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping.
Customers must contact us via our contact form below or by emailing Nsdrcscaleparts@gmail.com,prior to sending any products in for warranty or service. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted. Often basic troubleshooting can resolve many issues and saves the time and cost of shipping the product in for inspection.
When shipping products to NSDRC for warranty or service, you must include the following information inside the package along with the product.
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Return Shipping Address
- Description of the issue, and any troubleshooting steps taken
- Detailed information of the setup, including what type of Vehicle, Battery/voltage, Esc, Power connection, etc.
- Order Number or receipt from store purchase
