NSDRC SSDLUX Portal High Performance Steering Conversion Kit
The NSDRC SSDLUX Portal High Performance Steering Conversion Kit was developed to maximize steering power, steering efficiency, and durability for SSDLUX Portal axle setups.
The NSDRC vertical servo configuration corrects the inefficient steering angles and leverage loss throughout steering travel, allowing the servo horn and steering knuckle to move in a far more efficient synchronized motion for improved steering performance across the entire steering range.
The revised linkage geometry also increases leverage efficiency at the knuckle, allowing the servo to produce greater steering force while operating under reduced load. This means:
