RS100 Upgraded Replacement Spline Gear

RS100 Servo / Winch upgraded spline gear.  

Manufactured from 416 steel and produced using an enhanced hardening process that results in higher material strength, this upgraded spline gear offers approximately 30% more strength, giving the RS100 enhanced durability, higher load capacity, and greater long-term reliability, especially under extreme micro-servo performance demands.

Includes one (1) hardened Spline Gear.

*** Caution must be taken when replacing the gear! The main spline gear shaft is keyed at the bottom in a D shape. The shaft MUST be aligned with the D shaped opening in the potentiometer when installing it. The potentiometer is mounted below the bearing that the spline shaft goes into. If the D-shaped shaft doesn't get lined up with the D-shaped potentiometer opening before pressing the shaft down, you will damage the potentiometer.
