NSDRC SSDLUX Sporty High Performance Steering Conversion Kit
The NSDRC SSDLUX Sporty High Performance Steering Conversion Kit was developed to maximize steering power, steering efficiency, and durability for SSDLUX Sporty axle setups.
The NSDRC vertical servo configuration corrects the inefficient steering angles and leverage loss throughout steering travel, allowing the servo horn and steering knuckle to move in a far more efficient synchronized motion for improved steering performance across the entire steering range.
The optimized linkage geometry also repositions the mounting point further outward on the steering knuckle, greatly improving leverage efficiency. This allows the servo to generate more steering force while reducing overall strain, heat, and current draw.

In testing, the NSDRC SSDLUX Steering System showed up to a 50% increase in steering force at the knuckle. Unlike carbon fiber mounts that can flex or twist under heavy load, the NSDRC system maintains rigidity and precise steering control.
